TRH Jardín del Mar Hotel Opinions Santa Ponsa

We have stayed at your Hotel over the past 19 years,it is perfect for our needs. location,clean and tidy and very helpful staff.As i have said before a dedicated maintenance team are needed to check rooms before they are let.Our room had light bulbs out,loose plug sockets and balcony doors were stiff,Graphite on runners would help.Speaking to Guests there was concern how the Hotel was being neglected,this is not good for the Hotels future. Having said all this we will be back in October.

The TRH Jardín del Mar has one of the best quality price ratios in Santa Ponsa. It has stunning views to the sea and the staff is really attentive, we loved it. The rooms for 3 or 4 people are perfect, spacious and with all the necessary commodities. We didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked great.

Todo bien, normal para una estancia correcta.Lo peor la saturación de extranjeros en el hotel pero como pasa en toda la isla. Falta por parte del hotel avisos de guardar silencio a partir de ciertas horas en zona de piscina donde dan las habitaciones y en terrazas de apartamentos.

Sería importante que controlaran mejor las tumbonas y no permitieran que la gente las "reservara" con toallas sin permanecer allí durante largos periodos. Y quizás controlarían un poco más al grupo de jóvenes, el consumo de tabaco porro y el ruido nocturno. Pero por lo demás, todo estuvo impecable y el personal fue de 5 estrellas y siempre estuvo listo para ayudar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleaned daily if you want your room done, if not they will always give you fresh towels
